RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS EXECUTIVE

**Role**: A full-time, vacancy has arisen in the lettings division of this well-established, firm of Estate Agents based in West Lindsey. The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day management of a large portfolio of privately owned managed properties. Reporting directly to the Residential Sales/Lettings Manager.
It is a varied and interesting seat and involves both office working and time out in the field. Considered to be a long-term position with the potential to grow and develop an already thriving department and generate new business in an exciting and changing environment.

**Holidays**: 23 days/annum.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9.00am 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00noon (rotational).
