We are searching for an outstanding **Human Resources Administrator** for our specialist Care Centre in Woodstown House. At Fairlie Healthcare, we operate three specialised care centres in West Norwood, Purley and Banstead, all providing care for people with complex neurological and respiratory conditions.

**The role**

Reporting into the Human Resources Business Partner, this role will provide generalist HR administrative support. Our in-house HR team, which also includes Recruitment and Learning and Development, handles the daily running of a busy department with c.450 employees - and growing

**Responsibilities**
- In the first few month, providing administrative support to the Learning & Development manager with activity related to mandatory training and upskilling
- Creating, inputting and maintain accurate employee records on the organisation’s information system The post-holder will be accountable for ensuring employee records are up-to-date and compliant with CQC standards and company policy at all times
- Carrying out right to work, DBS and ID checks when due, ensuring the organisation is compliant with its obligation at all times
- To carry out immigration status checks for all employees according to our obligations stipulated by the Home Office, following these up with individuals when new immigration status documents are required. Ensuring all documentation is retained and filed according to Home Office requirements
- General HR administration, including writing reference letters and other correspondence as required
- Supporting with HR processes and meetings, including supporting managers with investigations/discipline and grievance hearings, taking minutes, coordination, logistics etc.
- Liaising with the company’s external Occupational Health providers (Maitland Medical) when necessary, referring to the HRBP where issues are identified

**What are we looking for?**

You must be very organised, understand this importance of confidentiality, be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.. Your written English must be impeccable as you will be responsible for writing formal letters (e.g. disciplinary etc) and connecting with HR suppliers (e.g. Occupational Health referrals).
