1. JOB PURPOSE

2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming office spaces, meeting rooms, and break areas.
- Clean & sanitise surfaces such as desks, chairs, and shared office equipment.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean and restock supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Follow airport security protocols for accessing airside areas, including obtaining and wearing the required security passes.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Landside/ Airside Operations Managers.
- Work efficiently within scheduled shifts to minimize disruption to office operations.

3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Previous experience in office cleaning, preferably in an airport or similar high-security environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday.
- Must pass background checks and meet security clearance requirements for airside access.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and cleaning equipment.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
