Located on Ocean Boulevard, the Boulevard Hotel is a luxury 5-star seafront hotel at Pleasure Beach Resort.

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality culinary offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and enhancing the overall dining experience within our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure service standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of F&B team members.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Assist in creating and implementing menus and beverage offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of F&B.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation and culinary practices is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
