As the Studio Model Booker with direction from brand director and studio production team’s you will be responsible for running a busy model booking desk across multiple brands for both eCommerce and campaign shoots.

Ideally you are positive, proactive and solutions-focused and a fantastic communicator. You are highly organised, able to keep up the pace, and remain calm under pressure. You have a good sense of commercial awareness and a strong understanding of the fashion and photographic industry.

In Studio, we take care of all things production for all of our brands. We’re one of the largest studios in Europe, curating stand-out collections so that customers can visualise themselves in our product and be inspired to showcase their personalities through style. Our creative direction knows no limits. From creative assets to full-blown digital and print campaigns and everything in between, together we bring exciting, aspirational imagery to life.

**What you'll be doing**
- Source models for use in ecom shoots and commercial and editorial campaigns.
- Develop excellent relationships with UK & International model agencies to secure the best quality models.
- Negotiate the best possible rates for all bookings.
- Manage the budget efficiently.
- Liaise with the Lead stylist and Lead Photographer regularly.
- Weekly / bi-weekly castings for ecom models for multiple brands.
- Administration relating to budgets and purchase orders and following company procedure.
- Sourcing new talent through agencies and other sources.
- Staying up-to date with changes in working practices relating to the industry.
- Working in advance of peak periods to secure options.

**More about you**
- Previous experience working in a Model Booking role.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- PC and Mac literate with excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Keen interest in fashion & commercial brand awareness
