**Summary**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team based in Cockermouth. This is a Part time position 16 hours per week.

Importantly, you must be able to work from the office to carry out key work processes that can only be actioned at the Cockermouth office. This will require you to go through the appropriate security clearance process successfully to secure the role.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

You will be involved in some or all of the following at various times:

- Efficient processing of documents.
- Maintain archive and track a variety of data
- Assist staff to comply with company security and GDPR protocols.
- Action and maintain the tracking and booking process of training courses.
- Actively suggest opportunities for efficiencies/improvements through your line manager.
- Proactive approach and encompass a role of an exemplar of compliance to GDPR.
- Undertaking other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for effective performance of the team and the business.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE**
- Highly articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service
- Able to multi-task, organise and prioritise workloads whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Willing to learn and expand your skills and have an attention to detail
- Able to work well as a team and on your own
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, 365)
- Previous administration experience preferable
- Full driving licence
