**Location - Bristol**

**Package** -**:£21 - £23kbasic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)**

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:
Our client are a specialised recruitment agency who recruit in the retail, and fast-moving consumer goods market space. They were founded in 2002 and are very established with a well-built client base. They work with poplar brands, such as Aldi, Mars, andHovis. Typical roles they work on are Account Managers, Buyers and Sales Directors average salary fees range from 40k-100k with a fantastic commission and progression structure in place for self-development.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
- Negotiating offers
- Updating and maintaining our in-house database
- Learning about technology and global financial markets
