Thrive is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Practice Development Lead in the field of mental wellbeing.

This is a remote-based role with national travel requirements.

With a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established start-up in the health and wellbeing industry.

**About the role**:
You will be a crucial member of the Thrive team, acting as an expert in the area of mental wellbeing, leading the design and delivery of evidence-based psychoeducation and awareness activities to help prevent mental health conditions arising in the workplace.

The role is responsible for developing, delivering, supervising and selling Thrive’s psychoeducation training and learning offer to existing and potential clients, ensuring the delivery team are fulfilling their roles effectively.

The Practice Development Lead is a key member of the Commercial team comprising Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing and Commercial Training helping to drive income and provide added value to the Thrive app.

**Your responsibilities will include to**:

- Lead and manage a team of training and learning professionals.
- Develop and deliver innovative psychoeducation curriculums
- Assess and improve training materials and methods
- Establish measures for ROI and learning outcomes
- Partner with clients to address root causes and identify commercial opportunities
- Attend external events and increase brand awareness
- Develop mental wellbeing learning for internal teams
- Work in partnership with HR and Wellbeing Lead to align internal and external learning agendas

**About You**:

- Essential: _
- MSc in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Chartered Occupational Therapist or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership and performance management skills
- Significant experience in developing and delivering learning and development activities
- Excellent knowledge of mental wellbeing best practices
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse business and people data and provide clear recommendations
- Customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely and autonomously
- Demonstrate resilience and self-awareness
- Desirable:_
- Experience in vendor sourcing and management
- Experience in ROI reporting
