**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Support chefs in maintaining health and safety standards within the kitchen environment.
- Assist in maintaining waste management practices by disposing of rubbish appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
- A keen interest in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to kitchen operations.
