The role:
The Regulatory Reporting Officer will act as an SME, taking charge of the regulatory reporting requirements across several jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Projects, and IT
- Exception management and root cause analysis for various regulations
- Migrate BAU processes from other areas into regulations - involving the preparation of operational procedures, and workflows, preparing presentations, and training the team
- Partner with multiple areas of the business including IT, Projects, and Compliance
- Partner with other support functions such as Trade Support, Risk, IT, and Operations to remediate issues
About you:
You will be a complete SME, with previous experience in implementing new and changing regulatory requirements. You will be comfortable in understanding upcoming changes and reporting requirements. You will be familiar with the regulators involved and constantlyseek to monitor and gather any new requirements from regulators, assessing how this will impact the business before working to develop new processes in line with these requirements. You will:

- Be an SME on regulatory reporting requirements
- Be highly analytical, able to understand and analyse how new regulation requirements will impact the business
- Have a strong knowledge of foreign exchange products
- Have experience managing stakeholders
- Have experience designing solutions and documentation, leading development teams in content and design
- Have a strong understanding of FX products and trade lifecycle events
- Be able to read and translate regulatory text
- Have exposure to UnaVista, Market Axess, DTCC, Six, and CME trade repositories
- Have an understanding of Market and Credit Risk (desirable)
- Have Regulatory Reporting BAU Operations experience and awareness of the following regulations: (RTS 22 Transaction Reporting, RTS 2 Trade Reporting, MiFID II, EMIR, MAS, FINMA, and OSA (desirable)
