Join us as Head of Climate, Sustainability & Purpose - Wealth
- If you’re a climate specialist with significant experience managing climate and environmental strategies in business, we’d like to hear from you
- You’ll be leading Wealth’s climate and environmental strategy and reducing our global operational environmental impact to make sure we hit our net zero goals
- You’ll have the opportunity to lead Wealth’s environmental management services and become a reliable adviser for making sure our business plans are environmentally friendly

**What you’ll do**:
Tackling climate change is one of the biggest challenges that we face, and it’s central to our purpose-led strategy. You’ll directly contribute to this as you work to decrease the environmental impact of our business, focusing on carbon energy, waste, water, paper, travel and working from home. You’ll represent Wealth forums and key climate programmes to make sure that climate delivery plans are always followed.

In addition to this, you’ll oversee Wealth’s environmental management services. This will include the sourcing of utilities, bill validation and payment, energy management, legislation compliance, carbon credits and statutory environmental reports.

You’ll also be:

- Making sure that all environmental management services are in line with budgets and performance measures
- Building relationships with stakeholders and advising them on our climate plans and policies to make sure they’re followed
- Making sure colleagues across Wealth adopt a sustainable and purpose-led approach in all their decision making and planning
- Managing a specialist climate service that can reinforce our environmental focuses and make sure that they’re performing well
- Developing Wealth’s long-term climate strategy and proposition by offering recommendations and advice

To join us in this role, you’ll not only need relevant professional qualifications, but you’ll have an outstanding knowledge of global environmental policies and programmes.

You’ll also need:

- A thorough knowledge of how key sustainability issues can affect businesses
- Great communication and influencing skills to make sure third parties are focused on achieving sustainability outcomes
