What to expect
In terms of shift patterns, you will work; Monday to Friday 6am till 2pm / Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm / Monday to Friday 10pm till 6am.
As a production operator here there are various different aspects of the manufacturing process that you’ll get involved in, but remember you don’t need any previous experience. As long as you’re attitude is right and you’re keen to learn, you’ll do well. Not only that; you’ll have the opportunity to train, learn and progress. Many long standing members of the Xandor team started off on the shop floor and now hold senior positions.
