Are you passionate about Pilates and delivering exceptional customer service? Runway Pilates is seeking a confident, dynamic, and dedicated Membership Advisor to become an integral part of our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to engage with our vibrant community in our Manchester, Northern Quarter studio.

- A competitive base salary of £23,000 per annum, plus attractive commission opportunities (potential additional £250 per month).

**Your Role**:
As a Membership Advisor, you'll be the face of Runway Pilates, embodying our ethos of luxury customer service. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing stellar front-of-house service, ensuring each client feels special and valued.
- Skillfully consulting with potential and existing clients, aligning our services with their fitness goals.
- Maintaining our reputation for quality and enthusiasm within our Pilates community.

**Who You Are**:

- You thrive in a fast-paced setting, with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others.
- Sales experience or proven ability in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in IT, with a willingness to learn our Momence system.
- Organised, confident, and detail-oriented, with a flair for building strong relationships.
- Presentable, friendly, and equipped with a hands-on, proactive approach.
