It's a really exciting time for us as we continue on our journey to be the biggest and best digital insurer. As part of this vision, we're looking for an analytically minded Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to support the optimisation of ourdigital new business channel.

**The Role**
Reporting directly in to the CRO Manager, you'll support the optimisation programme for the digital new business channel. You will work with the CRO Manager and key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the Hastings CRO process and strategy is executedcorrectly to drive improvements and growth for New Business online, specifically focused on engagement, conversion rates, income per policy and overall insight into user behaviour.
A day in the life might involve:

- Assist in delivering the CRO strategy, KPIs and business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery in experimentation, including prioritisation, managing the CRO Roadmap, requirements gathering, test briefing & sign-off processes with key stakeholders, measurement and next step recommendations.

**About you**
You'll have a couple of years' experience working in conversion rate optimisation within a commercially focused, high volume environment. Through your experience, you'll have gained experience working with web analytics software, as well as a sound knowledgeof CX platforms.
You'll have hands on experience of using one or more AB testing platforms (Monetate, Optimizely etc.) as well as solid experience of client side testing. If you have server side testing experience, this is an added bonus
We want someone who has the aptitude and motivation to make a difference in the digital space, so a curious nature will be needed, with a strong ability to analyse data to spot opportunities to make a difference, and communicate this in the right way to influenceinternal and external stakeholders.
