Bookkeeping and general administration support, including Property Maintenance, HR & licences/Insurances.
Processing of invoices and banking onto the accounting system
Ensuring property/premises licences are maintained
Ensuring all insurances are current and relevant
Ensuring all the property maintenance is carried out on a timely basis
Providing HR support to the team, assisting with onboarding of new staff members
General admin duties
Coverage for other staff during holiday periods
We are a charity, currently running over 11 sites - encouraging vulnerable, disabled, disadvantaged and the elderly to the sport and we run term time and school holiday clubs providing hot meals to children.
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sevenoaks: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
