Job Summary: Workshop Heavy Plant Fitter

We are currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various components and structures. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
- Have strong experience in diagnosis of plant failure.
- Should be competent and capable to carry out services and maintenance on the below equipment:

- Excavators
- Dumpers
- Rollers
- Telehandler
- Experience of Hitachi, Kobelco, JCB, Doosan, CAT, Takeuchi, Wacker Neuson etc.
- To undertake other service work and repair work to vehicles as and when required.
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence for at least 3 years
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under own initiative but also a team player.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to maintain and repair mechanical systems
- Capable of performing heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in fitting work
- Excellent customer service skills for client interactions
