As a Barclays Data Governance Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and game changing technologies to all Barclays colleagues transforming our Infrastructure Services Globally. This is an exciting opportunity being part ofthe Strategic Delivery Technology team to build, develop and implement cutting edge of technical solutions and business processes to improve the working lives of colleagues in the Bank, whilst selling the vision for new ways of working across the BarclaysGroup.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Leading Business Case creation to ensure that the Projects achieve delivery which enable our colleagues to be more productive within their roles
- Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the Projects
- Developing robust project plans which are linked to the delivery of core business benefits, whilst providing regular and accurate reports to all colleagues
- Holding regular reviews to ensure that your Project meets the commitments as required
- Building and maintaining relationships with our cross functional teams to ensure that change control procedures are adhered to and benefits are achieved
- Managing talented teams to implement innovative and ground breaking technologies aligned with the overall plan and wider business strategy
- Liaising with Chief Technology Office and Engineering to ensure build design and implementation activities will be delivered in line with the colleague's needs
**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in leading projects and embedding the associated Business benefit, this will include identifying and tracking the critical path of the project
- Ability to create close relationships with Business and Technology teams to collate requirements, co-ordinate design work and plan out delivery activity
- Experience in the Manage Product Lifecycle governance and able to ensure all cross functional teams are properly engaged and aligned on vision
- Solid understanding of managing Project costs and resources for the deliverables, tracking actuals against budget
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Project Management experience and qualification
- ITIL Practitioner who understands processes including change management, service transition, incident / problem management
- Competent with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to inspire and develop other project managers and project analysts within the team
**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
