We have an exciting new opportunity for a Land Administrator within the new homes team to support and enable our ambitious growth plans. This is a key role enabling the team to deliver the new affordable homes for rent or sale.
You will support Land Team with planning and contractual requirements, offer deadlines, and produce regular reports. Manage the purchase order processes and liaise with suppliers on invoice queries. You’ll also be responsible for arranging and facilitating land team meetings, preparing and circulating agendas and minute taking, ensuring action points are appropriately allocated.
**This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either our main offices in Tewkesbury, (GL20 8ND) or Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB).**
**You will need**:
- Previous administration experience with meticulous attention to detail, a methodical, highly organised approach
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Ability to implement new processes and procedures
- Continuous improvement approach, recognising areas for improvement, make recommendations and challenge work practices
