Lead Receptionist

**The role**:

- Demonstrate your strong leadership skills to support and engage your team
- Deliver excellent communication and show good interpersonal skills
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong caring relationships with our clients
- Working alongside and supporting the Senior Leadership Team with effective client care strategies
- Resolve issues and concerns effectively with compassionate care to our clients
- Manage rotas and administration requirements

**Who we are**:
Kings Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff provide high standards of care to our patients and our clients.

We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community.

**What we offer**:

- Full Time 40 hours a week plus 1:3 Saturday mornings (though currently 1:4). Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
- Salary £33,280.00
- 5 weeks pro rata, additional bank holidays, annual leave plus Birthday Day off
