We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join one of our appointed representative businesses. True Financial Design are a vibrant, fully independent financial services business who believe in educating and empowering clients to make positive decisions through holistic lifestyle financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients
- Entering and maintaining the accuracy of client data and assisting in preparing for and documenting client appointments and financial advice services
- Liaison with product providers, consultants and clients for data gathering and ongoing servicing queries
- Establishing and maintaining files and records
- Inputting Data into iO back-office system
- Responsibility for distribution of company newsletter
- Responsible for office supplies, invoicing, company gifts
- To keep abreast of changes to and comply with relevant Financial Conduct Authority regulations
- Taking responsibility for own learning and development with support of the business
**Benefits**:
In return you’ll receive a generous basic salary of circa £25,000 p.a. (depending on skills, experience and qualifications), 22 days annual leave (plus public holidays) and personal pension. Salary and annual leave will be pro-rated based on part time hours, 20 per week, anticipated to be 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
About you:
You’ll have significant previous experience in a financial services administration role and ideally you will have experience providing PA and diary management support to senior colleagues.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience using financial services back-office systems (ideally Intelligent office, Asana and Mailchimp).
- Sound IT skills, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
- Self-motivation, confidence and able to work effectively as part of a remote-working financial planning team
- The ability to organise your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to take control of your own personal development with support
