**Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 DOE**

**Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm**

Do you have excellent customer service experience and the ability to handle escalated client issues? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Bristol If you are keen to make a difference and have a passion for excellent customer service then this could be just what you are looking for.

**Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Agent**:

- Working daily on our inbound ticket volume. This could be directly from customers or escalations sent from the Hub Managers in our warehouse
- Manage inbound calls via our VOIP system
- Distribute and provide solutions to NPS and CSAT detractors
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - always following up to ensure resolution
- Keep your daily tasks up-to-date and organised to ensure you remain efficient in your work
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile for our customers

**Requirements**:
**Experience and skills needed for the Customer Service Agent**:

- Proven Customer Service experience in contact centres or face-to-face environment
- Clear and concise communication skills are a must
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability not just to work but to thrive under pressure - in a high-paced, fast-growth environment where every customer and interaction counts
- Not afraid to get stuck in. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude
