Butler Rose has the pleasure of exclusively partnering with a leading business within their sector for the recruitment of their new Finance Business Partner.

This nationally recognised organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong business acumen, in-depth finance experience and the ability build strong, strategic, partnering relationships with stakeholders across their central operations.

With the ability to build a good understanding of the business areas the Finance Business Partner will work closely with, he/she/they will be a trusted partner, supporting IT/HR departments to make sound financial decisions to continue strong, ongoing departmentalperformance and planning.

The Finance Business Partner will also take responsibility for ensuring budgeting and forecasting is not only well understood within the business areas he/she/they support but is delivered to time and quality. He/she/they will be accountable for implementingan efficient Month-End close process in their areas of responsibility, whilst always ensuring the highest degree of accuracy.
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant with post qualified experience delivering financial results in a management accounting or business partnering setting.
- Ability to differentiate between providing figures and providing useful information and interpretation to enable better business decision making
- Good process improvement skills and the ability to work in environments with tight deadlines
- Articulate and able to explain complex problems in a simple manner, understandable by non-accountants
