per hour

What You'll Be
Doing

As a Door Host, you will support our Security Team to provide an outstanding
welcome experience for our Guests and Owners at the main entrance to the
complex. Its fast paced and where our
guests will be coming to either see the shows, watch a game in a sports bar, have
fun in the arcade or to enjoy a bite to eat in one of the restaurants/takeaway
venues. You control the flow, set the
mood, and create a lasting experience in the minds of our guests.
You will engage and build relationships with
Guests, being highly visible, approachable, and knowledgeable of all park
facilities, answering queries, supporting, and guiding them in the right
direction.
Your role has high expectations as you are
expected to be bright and breezy for our guests and also you are required to be
assertive and knowledgeable being aware of any issues that may arise.
Being a Door Host requires you to be both
mentally and physically strong. You will have the skills to remain focused
while constantly problem solving under the spot light of our guests.

What We Would Like You
To Bring

You may already be a Door Host or Door Security Supervisor, but you really
don’t need any experience to join our TeamAll we are looking for is a natural
communicator with a genuine passion for helping people by delivering first
class customer service, even at the busiest times.

You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Door
Host and grow into a Security Manager roleEither way we would love an
opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer
you by joining our Team at Haven
