We now recruiting for a HR Administrator at our Head Office in Spalding on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8.30-17.30

**Salary**: £19,760 to £20,000 per annum

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Act as first point of contact across the business for all HR administration queries.
- Administer the HR Admin in-box ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and queries are resolved within agreed timescales, KPI’s and customer satisfaction.
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with the employee lifecycle process, including selection and recruitment, new starter, probationary periods, PADP/PADR’s, training and leaver processes.
- Assist in the processing of the monthly and weekly payrolls. Including the accurate input of weekly and monthly timesheet and expense claims, in accordance with agreed processes and procedures and undertake the checking process within the required timeframes.
- Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained accurately within required timescales and comply with all GDPR and Company specific requirements.
- Generate and distribute management information reports as directed by the HR Administration Supervisor.
- Produce all HR documentation in accordance with agreed timescales, including contracts of employment and new starter packs, change of terms, pension scheme, probation outcomes, employee incentive schemes such as SafeDrive and LRD and any other documentationas required.
- Maintain and continue to help develop the HR Administration team process guides.
- To work collaboratively with the HR team to make sure a professional, effective and efficient service is given to all colleagues across the business.
- Notify the HR Administration Supervisor of any anomalies outside of company policy and procedure.
- Undertake general ad-hoc administrative duties, such as scanning and filing, as required and as directed by the HR Administration Supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Educated to GCSE standard and have at least Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent
- Experience of working within a time-critical pressurised environment
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office suite of products mainly word, excel and outlook
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multi-task high volume of daily work requests
- Knowledge and understanding of providing a high quality administration service
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirement for confidentiality
