**Window Order Processors / Estimators / Admin**

Are you an experienced Window Order Processor or an Estimator in a similar field looking to join a highly reputable company within the glazing industry?

Minimum 1 years experience or the right person can be trained if they have the relevant IT skills and desire to learn, based at our Head office i Capel Hendre supporting the internal sales executives. If you have experience of using software for pricing windows or have estimated in a similar field please contact us.

The main responsibility of this role is to process orders using Business Micros software. You will also be required to provide quotations for the company’s products to our customer base.

A strong focus on customer service and accuracy is required within this role. Ensuring that the customer receives their quotes within deadlines and that the specific requirements for each individual project are incorporated efficiently is a must.

Strong attention to detail, organised and a self starter with the ability to prioritise workload. We need team players who are customer focussed.

IT Literate including knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.

Enthusiastic, energetic approach to workload, proactive and confident and able to adapt to new requirements.

We are Europe’s largest specialist manufacturer of PVC-U vertical sliding sash windows, offering bespoke vertical sliding sash windows to the trade only which are manufactured in our purpose-built 240,000 square foot factory in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, South Wales.

This is the next part of our drive to engage with and supply more customers in the UK. The role will require the individual to support our Business with both the drive and ambition this vibrant market requires.

Experience in a window manufacturing or trade counter environment would be particularly useful as our customers are all trade window customers.
