As mortgage administrator you must have previous mortgage processing experience. Ideally you will already have, or be interested in working towards CeMap with the additional following skills:

- Must have 2 years or more Mortgage Administration experience
- Strong communication skills (phone / in person / written)
- Good IT and administration skills
- Experience of working with 360.net back office system would be an advantage but not essential
- Attention to detail / organised / professional
- Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude

**THE ROLE**

As Mortgage Administrator your duties will include:

- Mortgage processing and packaging
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, clients etc.
- Supporting the Managing Director and mortgage advisers

**THE COMPANY**

We are a Bristol based independent mortgage brokerage and have been trading for over 16 years. You will be based in our Portbury office.

The advisers handle all types of property finance enquiries from first time buyers and standard purchases/re-mortgages to bridging and development finance.

Due to increased business level’s we are looking to expand our team and appoint a full-time mortgage administrator.

We have a track record of being as flexible as possible with our staff. We do not work weekends or bank holidays.

The offices are less than 2 minutes from junction 19 on the M5 near Portishead and there is free on-site parking.

**This is an office based role.
