Working within a hotel group across 4 beautiful venues, offering Live in opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef in the Lymington, Ringwood, and Beaulieu area.

If you are an experience chef, looking to work in a warm environment - and be able to use your creativity on dishes, then this may be the job for you.

You will:

- Take charge of the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Be creative and produce outstanding, high-quality dishes you are proud of
- Help with the development of junior chefs
- Ensure stock take and orders and completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep up to EHO 5-star standards, including temperature checks, cleaning log and fridge management.

You must have:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a Sous or 1 year in a Sous Chef role at multi-sites or in a busy quality kitchen environment
- NVQ level 1 and 2 in Food hygiene
