Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Senior Support Worker to support adults with LD and Complex needs? if so we would like to hear from you
You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported living and residential service, specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with to achieve their Life ambitions and potential.
As the Senior Support worker you will be Fully supportive working with the team to directly support with care, manage the support workers to ensure they are supported with their duties and working apart of the senior management team to ensure the running inthe day to day of the service is met.
You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the Deputy Manager ensuring the effective and smooth running of the Service.
In Return you will Receive full-time position with a salary of £11.05ph on a 35 -40 hours a week with alternative weekends off.
In addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments, Holiday entitlement, On Call Allowance
£300 Annual Bonus paid before Christmas
