**The Role of EDM Spark Eroder**:
The company is looking for an experienced EDM spark eroder to work within a very demanding but rewarding environment.

**Duties of EDM Spark Eroder**:

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
- Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff to highlight any technical issues or potential risks.
- Help drive technology and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.

**Requirements of EDM Spark Eroder**:

- Ideally experienced working on Sodick or Wire Erosion machines, but training will be provided.
- Leadership skills are desirable.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to workload and business requirements.
- Works well in a team environment.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- From an engineering background.

**Job Details**:

- Hours: Monday-Friday - 7:30-16:30pm
- Salary: Great hourly rate available depending on experience - Negotiable.
