My client is an independent, professional services company who specialise in providing pro-active and practical solutions throughout the region. They are a friendly, yet dynamic business who are seeking a Senior Case Manager to join their friendly and welcomingteam in the centre of Bristol.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday permanent position with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience. Please note that due to the nature of this role you will be office based in Bristol.

The purpose of the role is to support a small team of administrators, assisting with complex new business cases specifically relating to pensions. You will need to have a proven track record in a similar position and be willing to be client facing as wellas manage a team.

The main duties include;
- Manage a small team of Administrators including work flow of the team
- Check documents for accuracy before publishing to clients
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Supervise and provide technical support to the team as required
- Responsible for overseeing project work and reporting results to the management
- Deal with complex claims to ensure clients receive the best outcome
- Previous experience in financial services or similar
- Previous experience of managing a team
- A keen eye for detail
- Self motivated and organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proactive and methodical approach
