Casual Lettings Caretaker

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Lettings Caretaker to liaise with clients, delivering a professional and enjoyable leisure experience. This role will be based at Avanti Gardens, Bristol.
The Lettings Caretakers will report to the Head of Business Services and will be responsible for holding keys to the Trust, opening and closing the facilities, and managing bookings and equipment.

**What will you do?**
- Open and close the premises for scheduled bookings, ensuring security
- Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Perform basic cleaning after events and liaise with contractors as needed
- Check facilities after bookings to ensure standards are met and address any issues
- Provide excellent customer service, including showing clients around and resolving queries or complaints
