We are currently looking for a **Valuer or Lettings Negotiator **to work on a full-time basis in our **flagship **branch in **Bristol**

**The Role**

**As a Valuer/Negotiator you will be**:

- Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be **passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.**:

- The role's main purpose is to **conduct property viewings, negotiate offers** and **negotiate lettings **and their progress through exchange and completion.
- It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the **best customer service possible.**:

- The ability to develop new business opportunities and cross sell across the business
- A track record in **sales or lettings and valuing (desirably but not essentially)**:

- An excellent **networking skills**:

- Preferably, a **knowledge of the local property market**:

- The will to ensure all **legal and company standards are met**:

- An **outgoing personality** with a passion for customer service
- **A full driving licence**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- property valuation: 1 year (preferred)
