**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Check off all deliveries and put stock away
- Provide information on medications, including usage, side effects, and storage requirements.
- Give advice to patients on minor ailments
- Support the pharmacy team in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and empathy.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong background in patient care, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and concerns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
