As the Cyber Security Lead, you will take charge of all security activities, providing guidance and direction across the business, including client-facing cloud services, software and development practices and internal IT systems. Engaging directly with clients, you will be gaining their confidence and managing their security enquiries.

Essential skills required for the Cyber Security Lead position:

- Minimum 5 years of technical cyber security experience, backed by recognised security certifications
- Extensive experience of securing a cloud-based SaaS platform, and knowledge of the tools and technologies used
- Full Software Development Lifecycle experience in an Agile environment
- Hands-on expertise in vulnerability and incident management and remediation
- Experience of cyber security change at a leadership level
- Understanding of ISO27001 and PCI-DSS
- Experience delivering security architecture and cloud security reviews
- Understanding of the OWASP standards and mitigations
- Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and mitigations
- Experience delivering security processes in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Windows / end user computing policies and security

Nice to haves for the Cyber Security Lead position:

- Recent work experience in any of the following: Azure, Microsoft 365, Nessus, Tripwire, Rapid7 SIEM, Terraform/IaC principles
- Experience in financial services & regulated domains
- Security design for enterprise-scale software platforms
- Experience of securing *NIX based systems
- OSCP/CISSP/CISM

In return, the Cyber Security Lead will be well rewarded with a comprehensive and competitive package including a salary of £80,000 to £110,000 with work from home capabilities.
