**JOB PURPOSE**
The Membership Co-Ordinator will develop and execute strategies to grow our international membership base, deliver exceptional service, and create engaging experiences for our overseas fans.
As a key member of the membership team, the postholder will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, communications, and commercial teams, to deliver a seamless and enriching membership experience. The role involves managing membership operations, organising international events, and developing content tailored to our global audience. The International Membership Co-Ordinator will be instrumental in fostering a sense of community among our international fans and driving loyalty and engagement.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Membership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the domestic and international membership programme.
- Fan Engagement: Create and execute initiatives to engage global fans, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Membership Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the membership programme, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Events Management: support the planning and coordination of domestic and international events and activities, both virtual and in-person, to engage and reward members.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create content tailored to all varying audiences.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Data Analysis: Analyse membership data to track growth, engagement, and satisfaction, and report findings to senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including international fan clubs and partners.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the domestic and international membership programme.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyse feedback from members to continuously improve the membership experience
**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**
- Club key strategic partners including owner/stakeholder organisations
- Domestic and International sponsors and suppliers
- Domestic and International Tournament organisers
**SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES**

**HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- To comply with all aspects of the Club’s Health & Safety Policy and arrangements, to enable the company to perform its civil and statutory obligations in relation to Health & Safety.
**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- A Degree in a relevant area (Marketing, Business Communications etc) or a number of years experience normally associated with this level of qualification
- Demonstrable experience (3-5 years) of membership management, customer service or fan engagement in an international market - ideally within sports or entertainment
- The ability to speak other language(s) would be an advantage
**PERSONAL SPECIFICATION - SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Experience in planning and executing events, with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to members.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the success of membership initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of and sensitivity to different cultures and the ability to engage with fans from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in membership management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to grow and enhance the international membership programme.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A keen interest in football and an understanding of the football industry.
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Pay: £25,793.00-£27,128.00 per year
