**The Role**:
Although we are an e-commerce business, customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do. Our goal for this role is to drive the specification of our own-brand products, secure project sales, and manage inbound enquiries with first-class customer service.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll handle a range of clients, from residential customers to large multinational corporations. You will be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer or partner. Alongside supporting day-to-day sales operations, you’ll work on quotations for larger projects and actively contribute to winning new business.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Success in this role comes from providing exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Proactively engage in outbound sales calls to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.
Provide quotations for larger projects and assist in managing project specifications to secure sales.
Manage customer relationships by offering outstanding account management support, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Accurately enter data into our CRM, process orders, and coordinate deliveries.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
Gather and act on customer feedback to improve the overall experience and maintain a strong brand reputation.
**About You**:
We’re looking for someone with a natural flair for sales who is proactive, driven, and passionate about customer service. You’ll be comfortable working independently and using your initiative to grow sales and meet targets while delivering a seamless experience for every customer.
**Ideal Qualities**:
**Multilingual**: Fluent in Spanish, French, and/or German (Minimum C1 level in written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clients.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, eager to learn and grow within the business.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills to manage accounts and follow through on sales leads.
Experience in sales and customer service (preferred, but not essential).
Knowledge of acoustics and soundproofing (desirable).
