I find abstract reasoning difficult and so need staff to be concrete when they are discussing plans or explaining things to me.I also find change difficult so this should be introduced by staff in a consistent way where and when required.I find it difficultto filter out unnecessary information, both verbal and visual information.

I struggle to recognise non-verbal communication and will not be able to read body language accurately - therefore my staff team should ensure they maintain a clear and positive stance as much as possible.I can be impulsive and will do things that I willthen feel 'silly' about afterwards.This can impact on my mood around others.My impulsivity extends to shopping and I can hoard items, so I need staff who can support me to maintain a healthy passion.

**Job Introduction**
I am a woman in my thirties, I have a diagnosis of a mild learning disability, Pervasive developmental disorder and ADHD.I have spent several years in hospital prior to moving to my own home with Gray Healthcare support, and it is important for me to continueto learn new skills and gain further independence to continue to live in the community.

I love seeing my family and friends, and my family pet dog, and I enjoy shopping, particularly to charity shops and car boot sales.I enjoy colouring and arts & crafts, and baking, and like to be active.I like reading through Argos books and enjoy readingpicture books.I like to watch Television. My favourite channel is CBeebies and I love watching Mr Tumble. I like to take pride in my appearance and enjoy pamper sessions.
