Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a **Workshop Controller** at our **Volkswagen**Dealership in **Stoke.**
**Basic Salary of £26,000 and £30,000 with a £6,000 bonus on top.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Allocate work to Technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved
- Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Ensure all work is completed in the allocated time to achieve high productivity within the workshop.
- Report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted so that these may be overcome, and the customer kept informed where delays result
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry, including previous workshop control or technician roles.
- High levels of organisation and accuracy.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across departments
- The ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their targets and deliver a high standard of work.
