Our client is a European Leader in Industrial Wastewater Treatment, notably in Membrane Bioreactor Technology and Water Recycling and Reuse. The company works closely with industrial clients to provide low footprint and operational cost wastewater treatmentand reuse. The well-established company, based in Worcester, has pioneered the implementation of water recycling within the food and beverage sector. They also have several large projects and require a Project Engineer to support the Project Managers within the business to assist in project delivery. You will be joining a small team approximately of 30 members, undertaking a range of projects, includinglarge construction installations in the industrial water treatment sector, plant operation and management, and consultancy and design work. The work environment will be busy, interesting and challenging, and will continue to be as the company continues togrow. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: - Design Co-ordination - Procurement Process - Schedules - Design Risk, Project Management (Completing and maintaining Drawing and Design Outputs) - Specifications - Design Risk Assessments - Supplier Liaison - Operation and Maintenance Manuals - Design Output to "As Constructed" status Once competent with the first set of responsibilities you will move onto: - Tendering Process and sales activities - Commissioning - Systems and Standard workflow development The main objectives of the company are to work together to innovate, deliver and enjoy a sustainable future. Also, in the mid-term to successfully contribute to project delivery, quality, programme, budget. And in the long-term to develop within the role,with a possibility to become the Project Manager. **Essential Skills** Skills required: - Engineering degree required - Sound knowledge of Maths and English - Strong IT skills including experience in Excel - Basic understanding of water treatment terminology and processes (Desirable) - Testing and commissioning of pipework / equipment / instrumentation in preparation for plant operation (Desirable) - Operation of plant and equipment typical of a water treatment system, such as pumps and valves (Desirable) - Practical skills to assist with light mechanical and / or electrical commissioning / investigative work (Desirable) - Full driving licence (Desirable) **About Company**: - Annual Bonus - Approx 7.5% - Basic 40 hours / week - Working Hours flexible between 06:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri, - Where additional work is required over and above the basic time will be paid at overtime rates - 26 days annual leave + 8 days statutory bank holidays - Mobile telephone will be provided - Health care provided
