**LOCATION**: Leeds, LS12

**SALARY**: £18,000 + commission

KERV is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our ever-growing teams in Leeds. If you have recently graduated, have experience in recruitment or a proven track record in sales or customer services, then we want to hear from you

**WHO WE ARE?**

These include, Testing Inspection Certification (TIC), Construction, Consumer, Life Sciences, FMCG, IT, Legal, Automotive, and many more. We have multipleoffices based in the UK which are in the North-East, London, Liverpool, and our headquarters based in Leeds.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Main responsibilities**
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Write, place and update job advertisements
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide general administrative support
- Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets

**Skills**

Previous experience in recruitment is not essential however, the skills listed below are desirable.
- Proficient communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Tenacious and resilient
- Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
- Attention to detail and accuracy
