**SALARY: Up to £23,000 per annum dependent on experience (Plus On Call Bonus)**

Our client is a staple and long established Domiciliary Care Provider in the Wimbledon area, has been awarded a
**5 Star Employer of Choice** two years in a row and they are now eager for an experienced
**Field Care Supervisor** to join their Leadership Team.

The successful Field Care Supervisor will be dedicated to providing the highest standards or care, and nurturing relationships within your Team to ensure both standards and colleague loyalty.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- To be ‘The face in the field’ ensuring your Team members are upholding exceptional standards with their clients
- Ensuring Health & Safety amongst your team and clients alike
- Supervisory visits for any new CareGivers out in the filed
- Always ensuring staff training is implemented in their day to day roles and is achieved continuously
- Take responsibility for any gaps in care should your Team not be able to deliver on their rotas

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- Experience of working in domiciliary care
- Be able to drive and have access to a car
- An NVQ L2 or L3 or QCF qualification in health and social care (or equivalent)
- Experience of leading a Team out in the field
- A Reliable, enthusiastic and patient personality
- Able to work on an On-Call rota system in case of a client emergency
