Prospero teaching are recruiting for a computer science teacher to start at a large secondary school in North Manchester, the role will start in September and will initially be a temporary role but could become permanent for the right person. You will berequired to teach the new computer science syllabus to key stage 3 & 4 classes of varying abilities. We are able to pay to scale for this position from day one at a minimum of £131.86 per day. The ideal Computer Science teacher will be fully qualified, havea degree relating to Computer Science and strong knowledge & recent experience delivering the new syllabus.

- Computer Science Key Stage 3 & 4
- Solid Computer Science department
- Supportive yet high energy atmosphere
- This is a full-time position
- starting September

**EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Hold a PGCE in Computer Science
- Confident with teaching KS3 & 4 Computer science
- Confident teaching general cover classes to KS3 & 4
- Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
- Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons
- Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
- ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.

**TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST**:

- UK classroom teaching experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Be able to provide 2 professional references
- A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
- Free, accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management
- In-house Training and Development Team
