Our working hours are Mon-Thurs 6.30 till 16.30 based on 38 hrs a week, Rates of pay will depend on overall experience and ability to do the tasks required.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Repair and Replacement**:
Remove damaged upholstery, measure and cut new materials (fabrics, leather, padding) to size, and sew them together.
- **Installation**:
Securely fit new upholstery to seats, door panels, and other interior components using glue, tacks, and staples.
- **Material Handling**:
Select appropriate materials for the job, considering the vehicle type and desired aesthetic and also build from our customers order forms.
- **Adhering to Specifications**:
Follow design specifications and client requests when choosing materials and installing upholstery.
- **Tools and Equipment**:
Utilize various tools, including sewing machines, knives, shears, and upholstery-specific equipment.

**Required Skills**:

- **Manual Dexterity**: Fine motor skills for precise cutting, sewing, and fitting.
- **Knowledge of Materials**: Understanding different types of fabrics, leather, padding, and their properties.
- **Sewing Skills**: Proficiency with sewing machines and various sewing techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accurate measurements, precise cuts, and neat workmanship.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing issues that may arise during the upholstery process.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand and work for extended periods.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
