Our Pearly Cow restaurant is devoted to respecting what thrives nearby - the herds, breeds, crops, and catches that sum up the area’s flavour. The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best - the wildest. On the menu, there’s raw and light and smoky and deep. We keep it simple to put nature first.

We’re now looking to recruit a superstar **Restaurant Supervisor** to support with the daily operation of our Pearly Cow Restaurant team from the front, making us the go to foodie destination in York.

**The Job**

As our **Restaurant Supervisor, **you’ll be supporting our Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Pearly Cow Restaurant. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or private dining, you’ll be supervising the day to day operation of a team of waiters/runners, ensuring each of our guests receives a positive experience.

You’ll ensure that our Pearly Cow Restaurant, Private Dining Room and Marmalade Lounge offers a service that you would expect from a great restaurant yet unpretentious and relaxed.
