Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the community. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance.

**Duties**:

- Provide personalized care to individuals based on their specific needs and care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules
- Monitor and report changes in the individual's health or behavior
- Support individuals with behavioral management and emotional well-being
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to ensure comprehensive care

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or related healthcare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration, first aid, and hospice care practices
- Experience in behavior management and providing patient care
- Familiarity with home care services and meal preparation
- Certification or training as a nurse or caregiver is a plus

Expected hours: 16 per week
