Sommelier

Hi

**We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and Experienced Sommelier to deliver high levels of guest service in our restaurant.** As Sommelier you will be working alongside the Head Sommelier during service to deliver wine and beverage service. You will be engaging and be able to recommend wines to complement guest’s palates and meals.

**We are looking for someone with;**
- Previous experience as a Sommelier or Junior Sommelier
- An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations
- Great Sales skills and techniques
- Looking to develop a successful career in high end restaurants
- Clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with guests
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
