**About the Role**: We are seeking a part-time ABA / VB therapist to join our **comprehensive home education program** for a young man with special needs. This program, which includes **Speech & Language therapy, Occupational therapy**, and exciting outdoor activities like swimming, bike riding, rock climbing, and trampolining, has been running for 13 years with amazing success.

With your support, you'll be part of a life-changing journey that has already seen our young hero progress from being non-verbal and hyperactive to now speaking over 100 words, staying calm, and following instructions.

**No Experience? No Problem**
If you're new to the field but are driven to learn and grow, we provide **full, in-depth professional training**. We welcome **freshers** and those with prior experience alike.

**Role Details**:

- **Part-time**: 10-25 hours per week
- **Flexible Schedule**: Choose the days and hours that work best for you

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential**:

- Understanding or awareness of Autism
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive attitude toward feedback
- Quick learner with a passion for helping others
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to challenges

**Desirable (but not required)**:

- Experience with Verbal Behavior (VB) or Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Intensive Interaction or other autism therapies
- Previous support/care work or teaching assistance experience

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
