**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in the early careers talent acquisition team, and hiring managers, to meet recruitment targets for national early careers programmes across multiple office locations
- Delivering careers events, employability workshops and presentations both on campus and virtually, in partnership with business stakeholders
- Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring all activities and communications are fully aligned with our employer brand guidelines
- Organising and facilitating assessment days, both in person and virtually to assess and select the best trainee talent for the firm
- Managing trainee offers, acting as a key point of contact and maintaining regular communication with new joiners
- Ensuring recruitment activities are fair, inclusive and compliant, aligned to the Firm's talent acquisition processes and policies
- Coordinating with colleagues in talent development to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to first day experience and welcome induction
- Working on projects outside of our early careers intakes; Access Accountancy, internships and improving our employer brand
- Supporting talent acquisition initiatives aligned to Firm objectives
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Early careers experience, managing high volume recruitment for multiple programmes at apprenticeship level across different office locations
- On-campus and digital attraction experience, proactively engaging with students at a broad range of universities, schools and colleges
- Organised and structured with strong attention to detail. Ability to plan ahead, manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships and engage others with a foundation of trust, integrity and respect
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, open minded approach and the curiosity to continually learn and innovate
- A commitment to inclusive recruitment and removing adverse impact from recruitment activities
- MS Office skills (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Data, metrics and reporting skills to monitor, measure and share the impact of early careers recruitment and attraction initiatives
