**Our AI Creative Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use AI tools to help the Creative and PR teams produce imaginative, human-like content
- Work on storytelling that feels natural, beautiful, and true to our brand
- Help create visuals that sit between images and video - atmospheric, immersive, and poetic
- Use AI to reimagine archive material like old maps and photos in a fresh but respectful way
- Bring creative ideas to life by experimenting and iterating
- Keep up with the latest in AI creativity and suggest tools that suit our style

**What we're looking for**

**Essential**
- A strong visual sense and a passion for storytelling
- Previous experience using creative AI tools whilst keeping the tone of voice human
- Previous experiencing using AI-generated content and re-designing with your own creative flair
- A desire to work with a strong, creativity-driven team
- Experience with motion graphics

**Desirable**
- A love for nature
- Experience working with luxury hospitality, culture or heritage brands

**Our Creative Department**

Our in-house Creative team are the imaginative force behind the visuals of The Newt. Acting as a central resource for the entire estate, they support a wide range of projects - from designing elegant menus and digital e-letters to crafting sales brochures, styling photo shoots, and curating seasonal decorations across the estate. Whether it’s bringing a new campaign to life or adding those all-important finishing touches to an event, the team ensures everything we produce feels cohesive, considered, and unmistakably _Newt._
