Office Administrator

Portsmouth Aviation Ltd is a leading Engineering company based in Portsmouth for over 90 years. A role has become available within the Technical Office for an Office Administrator supporting Project Management and Technical Design functions.
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Assist the Office Manager in their duties
- Data entry of Tenders and Contracts
- Collate and distribute project progress and cost reports to Project Managers
- Attendance at meetings for note and Minute taking
- Maintaining consumable item levels for office equipment and stationary
- Basic IT Support
- Book and maintain records for Travel Arrangements
- Maintenance of the archiving systems
- Liaise with various departments on required supporting activities. i.e. IT, Finance, Commercial, Maintenance and Quality
- Assistance to Project Managers on data entry for projects
- General Administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Able to achieve SC clearance
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- High ability for Microsoft software packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good Communication skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
Working Hours: 07:30-16:00 Mon to Thurs, 07:30-12:30 Fri (37 Hours per week)
Holiday Allowance - 185 Hours per annum plus UK Bank Holiday's
